I absolutely love this oil. When my stomach is not quite right after eating something I use this oil. The spearmint in it is so refreshing. I highly recommend this oil if you have trouble after a meal.

I use this every morning
I use this every morning mixed with a carrior of organic avacado oil. This oil is a blessing to my life. I rub it into my belly in a clockwise motion to help my bloating, nausea, and puking. I am adding to applying this when I go to bed as well.
