All our Essential Oils undergo stringent testing by our dedicated quality control team. We conduct third-party GC-MS testing, considered the industry gold standard for purity, to ensure that we can objectively stand behind the purity, potency, and authenticity of our oils. Certified Organic - All of our Organic Essential Oils, Carrier Oils, and Butters are certified by QAI (Quality Assurance International), the leading organic certifying body in North America and accredited by the USDA National Organic Program (NOP). This means you can be confident that our certified products adhere to the strictest of organic production practices and are free of toxic pesticides, herbicides, and synthetic fertilizers.
Certified Fair Trade - All of our Fair Trade products are certified by Fair Trade Sustainability Alliance (FairTSA). FairTSA products support agricultural sustainability and equity in working conditions while empowering workers to know their rights, participate in community change, and gain access to better living conditions. In addition, the Fair Trade Premium allocates a yearly fund to instigate real democratic change within worker communities.
Certified Kosher - Our Kosher product range has been certified by Kashruth Council of Canada (COR), the biggest Kosher certifying authority in Canada that has authenticated over 65,000 products to date across the globe.
Certified Vegan - Our Vegan product range is certified to the highest standards by Vegecert. In collaboration with COR and the Toronto Vegetarian Association, Vegecert conducts strict inspections to guarantee that our products comply with Vegan requirements; this represents the absence of animal products (including eggs and dairy), slaughter by-products (such as rennet, lard, and gelatin), and additives sourced from animals.
Cruelty-Free - Our products have not undergone any animal testing, and we are proud to be certified by the Leaping Bunny program. Leaping Bunny ensures and verifies via objective evidence that animal testing in any way, shape, or form has not been conducted by NDA or any of our suppliers.
ECOCERT Verified - In line with our steadfast interest in promoting sustainability, our ECOCERT verified ingredients have been independently assessed to cover all relevant aspects from sourcing to distribution, including environmentally-friendly manufacturing processes, avoidance of GMO and prohibited substances, and the use of eco-friendly packaging.
Paraben and phthalate free our essential oils, herbs and or carriers do not and will never have any parabens or phthalates in them.
FDA-Registered - NDA is also registered with the FDA, the leading US agency responsible for the safety of cosmetics, drugs, food, and other consumer products.

Our ISO 9001:2015 certification demonstrates our unwavering emphasis on quality control and continuous improvement; the international standard, which is rigorously comprehensive and dedicated to assuring the quality and safety of our products, covers everything from leadership, to monitoring, to constant growth and reflection.
In accordance with the certification, they conduct internal audits each quarter, must demonstrate objective evidence of improvement, and are inspected annually by certified auditors to ensure compliance.
