I have a chronic lung disorder. which means that sometimes I have trouble moving air through my lungs. This oil does exactly what it's supposed to do - nourish the lungs. This oil helps to make breathing much easier. I no longer have shortness of breath, even when I'm in a flare. A staple in my stock!
