Because our products are made with natural plant-based ingredients, the aroma, color, texture, and appearance may vary from batch to batch. Natural materials are influenced by the plant source, growing region, harvest conditions, weather, season, and country of origin. This is known as terroir, and it is one of the reasons true botanical products may not smell or look exactly the same every time.

Please understand that the product you order today may not be identical in aroma or appearance to a previous order, or to a similar product purchased from another supplier. This natural variation does not mean the product is old, spoiled, or defective.

Synthetic fragrance and flavor oils are usually the products that remain most consistent from batch to batch. True essential oils and natural botanical ingredients may vary because they come from nature, not a standardized synthetic formula.

Essential7 products are prepared with care and replenished regularly as needed. We do not keep months of pre-poured, pre-packaged products sitting on the shelf. Each order is prepared fresh according to the product and order requirements.

Essential oils and absolutes do not contain fat, which means they do not become rancid in the way fixed oils, carrier oils, or other fat-containing ingredients can. If you have a concern about the aroma or appearance of a product, please contact us with your order details so we can review it appropriately.

Before ordering a large quantity of any product, we strongly recommend purchasing the smallest available size first to make sure the product meets your needs and preferences.
