How to Store Your Essential7 Products

To help maintain freshness and quality, store your Essential7 products in tightly closed containers away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture, and open flames.

Essential oils and botanical blends are sensitive to temperature and light. A cool, dry location is best. Please do not leave products in a hot car, direct sun, near a heater, or in any area where temperatures may become extreme.

Some natural products may temporarily thicken, thin, soften, melt, or become cloudy when exposed to heat or cold. In most cases, allowing the product to return to room temperature will restore its normal consistency.

Essential oils are concentrated botanical materials and may be flammable. Keep all products away from candles, stoves, fireplaces, open flames, and high-heat areas.

Bottles, Jars & Containers

Please handle all bottles, jars, and containers with care. Glass and rigid containers may break, crack, or leak if dropped, exposed to temperature extremes, or handled roughly.

Essential7 takes care in packaging orders for safe transit. If an item arrives broken, leaking, or visibly damaged, please contact us promptly with your order details and photos so we can review the issue.

Essential7 is not responsible for products or containers that are damaged after delivery due to improper storage, heat exposure, freezing, being left in a vehicle, dropping, misuse, or other conditions outside of our control.
