It really helps with bloating and gas. Pain also!
I use tumeric oil to help with severe bloating and gas. I used to keep a heating pad at work as well as one at home. The bloating would get so bad that I looked 4-5 months pregnant. I now use tumeric in carrier oil at this first sign of gas or bloating. It quickly reduces the bloating, and helps me to... ahem... release the gas.
Tumeric is a must have for nausea and bloating. I apply it several times a day to help with my symptoms. A must have!
This is an oil that helps with so many issues. I personally use it for nausea, pain and inflammation. The best part is this is an excellent option when it comes to a sensitive stomach. I cannot handle ingesting turmeric, it will upset my stomach. But using the essential oil, I get all the benefits of it with zero side effects.
