A recent article from MSN.com states that researchers have found certain smells can help you lose weight, power up your workout and lift your spirits.
Researchers at Osaka University in Japan found that exposing rats to the scent of grapefruit oil for 15-minute intervals, three times a week helped reduce not only their appetite, but their weight. Inhale this fresh citrus scent and dial back the portion of your next meal.

Peppermint is also excellent to inhale before a workout. Carry it in your purse and when you start feeling fatigue take out your peppermint and inhale.
So when you get that craving to eat a cookie or a bag of chips instead grab your peppermint and grapefruit and sniff away!!

20 drops Peppermint essential oil
10 drops Bergamot essential oil
4 drops Spearmint essential oil
1 drop Ylang Ylang essential oil
